John Wanniger

John’s entrepreneurial days started with farming right alongside his father in the 1980’s in Coon Rapids, Iowa. His early business ventures included screen printing, multiple real estate ventures and a successful college bar.

After a brief stint in Des Moines, he relocated to Omaha to open his first of eight Ameri-Spec Home Inspection locations. Within 10 years, John built Ameri-Spec into one of the largest home inspection companies in the Nation. John’s portfolio of businesses currently includes a chain of retail beauty supply stores known as Beauty First Stores & Salons, Red Rhino a successful Midwestern based roofing company and Inspectix, a home inspection company that will be franchised by Venture Out Capital. In his 30-plus years as an entrepreneur, John has been involved in over two dozen additional businesses.

John has always had a passion for business and helping others achieve success. He utilizes over 34 years of successes and challenges to help clients in ways that others simply cannot.

Steve Frantz

As President and Founder of Tributary Capital Management, Steve personally engineered and executed a successful multi-million-dollar divestiture and re-capitalization strategy for a struggling Midwestern based investment management firm, resulting in a nationally known boutique asset manager utilized by industry heavyweights JP Morgan, UBS, Wells Fargo, Envestnet, PNC, Charles Schwab and Fidelity. Steve has many long-term relationships with funding sources nationally and internationally, including Private Equity, Hedge Funds and Banking Institutions, as well as many non-traditional financing sources.

Steve has made several appearances on CNBC and Bloomberg TV, including the morning that the markets reopened after 9/11, and has been quoted multiple times in the Wall Street Journal and the Omaha World Herald. He also has a passion for giving back, and has traveled to Istanbul, Turkey, Amman, Jordan, and Lesotho, Africa building homes for Habitat for Humanity.
